The 41F high temperature Hall lock switch circuit is suitable for responding to a magnetic field with a steep slope and used in places with weak magnetic flux density. It consists of a reverse voltage protector, a voltage regulator, a Hall voltage generator, and a signal amplifier. Schmidt Composed of flip-flops, current collectors and open-circuit output stages, it ensures locking at high temperatures.
